Save product configurations to streamline future listings with pre-filled settings

Secure storage for your products, mockups, and generated content
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of TakeFivve, you agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
- Not use the service to generate content that is offensive, harmful, or illegal
- Respect the intellectual property rights of TakeFivve and other users
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to TakeFivve, including:

- • Brand assets and logos

5.2 Generated Content
You own the mockups and content generated using our service. However, you grant TakeFivve a non-exclusive licence to use anonymised data for service improvement purposes.
5.3 TakeFivve's Property
The TakeFivve platform, including but not limited to software, algorithms, and user interface, remains the exclusive property of TakeFivve.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Subscription Plans
TakeFivve offers both free and paid subscription plans. Details of current plans, features, and pricing can be found on our Pricing page.
6.2 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
6.3 Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
6.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price changes take effect.
7. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high availability, we cannot guarantee that:
- • The service will be available 100% of the time
- • The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- • All features will be available at all times
Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
